Informal Curriculum

The informal curriculum at IUSM contributes to the development of our emerging physicians through their daily actions with faculty, residents, peers and patients. These experiences within the IUSM organizational culture provides additional learning experiences in areas such as professionalism, effective communication, self-awareness, self-care and personal growth and are an integral part of the competency-based curriculum.
